Via the excellent Massa Peal Kitchen, which for your money, is the best kitchen available in Sacramento. (A Health Certificate is required by California State Law.)

Kitchen Massa is a fully equipped, commercially licensed, shared use kitchen, allowing you to build your business with lowered risk and minimized start-up costs. For as little as $25/hour you can use any of their commercial grade equipment including a 12 quart mixer, proofer, 12 burner gas range, and meat slicer. A refrigerator is at your disposal along with many tables and yards of counterspace. You can rent by the day, week, month and even for "evenings only".
