Capital Cupcakes can be delivered all over the greater Sacramento area to be the center piece for weddings, birthdays, graduations, dinner parties and a variety of other special occasions. 

Shellie and others representing Capital Cupcakes can be found on Second Saturdays handing out her ‘mini-cupcakes’ in a variety of flavors such as red velvet, chocolate, vanilla and her secret family favorite the beloved orange cupcake that takes an entire orange for one batch of small cakes and frosting.  If you have not licked her frosting or sunk your teeth into these happy delights, visit Old Soul soon – Shellie plans on making Capital Cupcakes the premiere cupcake business in Sacramento.

I first had these cupcakes at a mixer and they are sooo good. They look beautiful and you can now get them at Old Soul co. over at 18th and L. The owner Shellie is super nice and makes them all individually with high quality ingretients and not all the artificial colors and flavors.
