I specialize in representing buyers and sellers with real estate transactions involving both new / tract and resale single family homes, condominiums, 2-4 unit structures, and commercial buildings. I have successfully negotiated and closed short sales for my seller clients, and also I also have vast of knowledge and experience working with buyers to acquire bank-owned property (aka - Foreclosures, REO properties, etc.). I work with sellers and buyers that span all points of the spectrum - investors, developers, first-time homebuyers, etc, who all value my superior client counseling, negotiation skill, and assistance through the entire process.

I earned a bachelor of arts degree in Spanish with a minor in Ethnic Studies from California State University, Sacramento. After college, I spent time abroad in Spain and Portugal. I currently reside in town with my husband, Nick, and our three bloodhounds - Harold, Howard, and Hubert (no they do not sleep on the bed!).
