Whether you're feeding a handful of friends or a whole neighborhood, the Synergy Chef Collaborative has your catering needs covered. One of our head chefs will meet with you individually to create a personalized menu for your event. We have several common themes and styles - you'll find samples of them below - but we are always ready and willing to create something new and special to make your event one-of-a-kind. To make an appointment and request a quote, please email us with your name, telephone number, number of guests, and date of the event. | Minestrone Soup - sun dried tomato and herb vegetable "stalk", tender meaty sprouted white beans with mire-poix of vegetables. Antipasto Salad - marinated fresh vegetables over crisp greens and herbs. Pizza - Buckwheat crust coated in basil pesto sauce, topped with eggplant "pepperoni", marinated Oyster mushrooms, Kalamata olives, Macadamia Mozzarella, and hemp "Parmesan." Tiramisu - Almond cake lady fingers, sweet cashew pastry cream, raw chocolate sauce. Beautifully garnished with shaved chocolate and fresh mint. |

Spring Rolls - Stuffed with marinated vegetables and a sweet and tangy dipping sauce. Pad Thai - "Spiralized" cucumber noodles with marinated snow peas, basil and chilies in a coconut cream/curry base. I just want to let you know that the raw food you prepared for me for Mother's Day was absolutely delicious. My sister and I really enjoyed all the entrees. I really enjoyed the lasagna, and the dessert was the "topping on the cake". I want to make sure that I'm on your weekly email list so I can plan for meals when I don't feel like preparing anything.
If I want to advance my skills in raw food preparation, what program would you recommend?
I was on a raw food diet back around 1972 through 1975 but QUIT because it was so primitive and boring..............I was bonkers about Viktor Vulkinas, Ann Wigmore and Hippocrates Health Institute - I was doing rejuvalec, sprouts, nut milk and all sorts of raw food for about three years - but quit because is was so BORING.
But your recipies made me tingle from my nose to my toes. It is more than just a culinary experience - it is SENSUAL and ALLURING to eat your food!
