~ Fountain of Health Wellness Center & Spa~   Founder, Dawn Throne I grew up on a 50 acre ranch on the Sacramento River where we raised show horses, when I got home from school one of my chores was cleaning out the poo from the horse stalls.  One day one of the horses didn’t poo in his stall so I reported this to my mom and she instantly became alarmed and asked how long this had gone on.  You see if an animal doesn’t eliminate daily they will get sick and if it’s not handled, die. This made quite an impression on me. The thought of that big beautiful animal getting sick because he didn’t poo made me realize that what we are eating really makes a difference. The vet came out and gave the horse a colonic to hydrate his colon so he could release the stuck poo and told us he needed more pasture time to eat green fresh grass, more water content food to hydrate this colon. That’s where it all started for me, understanding the importance of colon health. I started reading Dr Norm Walker’s books on vibrant health and longevity. Along with others of his time were Dr. Bernard Jensen and Dr. Areola. They all believed in raw juices, vegetables and cleaning your colon. They state that if you want to be healthy, have more energy, live a longer life we have to eat live, natural foods and clean our colons. The colon is the only place in the body toxins can be harbored and keep being reabsorbed up to the liver which in turn makes the blood toxic. The other interesting thing is cleansing the colon dates back to 1500 BC, our ancestors preached enemas and cleaning the colon, I remember seeing an enema bag in my grandmother’s bathroom closet; because I’m sure she used it now and again, having learned about cleansing the colon from her Mom.  It wasn’t something that was always talked about because you know poo is a dirty subject.  Now, however cleaning the colon is becoming more main stream than ever. I see TV shows educating kids about colon health and it’s becoming more of a dinner table conversation than ever before.   This is something I of course am very passionate about. We change people’s lives believe it or not, it’s the simplest thing, cleaning out the poo changes your whole attitude you even start to think and feel different. Heart Rate Variability Testing (HRV)

HRV can provide important information about your health and well-being. The machine measures variations in the heart rate, this information needed to evaluate the workings of the autonomic nervous system (ANS). HRV appears to be the most accurate tool we have for monitoring breathing, body temperature, blood pressure, blood chemistry, tissue repair, metabolism, immune function, and other processes. HRV is a powerful indicator and is even predictive of an individuals overall hearth. The more optimally your ANS is functioning, the healthier your are likely to be.  
 

~ Muscle Testing~

Muscle Testing is testing the amount of electrical nerve current throughout the body that is actually arriving at the muscle or organ of the body, this is called a circuit point.  If a circuit point of the body is getting full electrical nerve flow then the body will have full strength.

If the circuit point being touched is not getting full electrical nerve flow, then the individual will have less power and strength thus effecting organs of the body.  This is a very accurate way of finding out what organs of the body are not doing as well as they should.
