California Brewers Festival

2008 is the 14th year we'll have presented this event, and each year our attendance has grown, as has the number of brewers and beers offered. This year you'll be able to taste over 155 micro brews handcrafted by more than 65 brewers from all over the West. In addition to tasting the best micro brewed beers you'll be entertained by The Power of Twelve along with filling-up on great local food.

Tax deductible ticket price includes 10 tokens, which 1 token gets you a 4 - 6 oz plastic mug sampler. (2) Live bands will be playing in this beautiful partially covered tree shaded park. A great variety of excellent traditional, mexican, and southern foods will be available along with a cigar vendor.

Note: extra drink tokens, food, and cigars are available at an additional cost.

Even better, the American River bike trail runs along side the festival perimeters, which provides easy access to the festival via bike from Arden Park, River Park, Campus Commons, Cal Expo, CSUS, Old Sacramento, and Downtown Sacramento.

The event is presented by the Rotary Club of Point West. The primary goal of this club is to raise funds for donation exclusively to local children's charities. The club was chartered in 1985 and our membership is 150, ranging in age from 25 to 80. The Rotary Club of Point West has raised and donated more than $950,000.00 for local children's charities.
