I have been renting with Vintage properties for 2 years now and I have been very happy doing business with them (so much that I recently signed another lease). The properties are fantastic and I couldn't have found a more perfect home for myself and 4-legged friend. The customer service goes far beyond what I have ever experienced with any other property management, and when I had a maintenence issue I was able to make a next-day appointment with their handyman and he was prompt, capable and unobtrusive. I'm glad I found such a great place to live, especially with such a great team of people to do business with.
Great management with the cutest properties in town!
I've know Jayne Ellen for quite some time (our offices shared a building) and rented an apartment from her about 3 years ago. The property is very well maintained and has that distinctive vintage charm I look for in a rental... no "cookie cutters" here! She and her staff are always friendly and helpful; any repairs or other issues that have come up are dealt with promptly and efficiently. I plan on staying here for many more years... thanks Jayne!
