Dear Sacramento, For the 15th Anniversary of The Kitchen, we wanted to send you, our loyal guests, supporters, and friends, a thank you letter from our family to yours. Because although we are the ones celebrating a milestone, it is you we have to thank. So to all our guests over the years, we say a heartfelt thank you to every one of you for making it a joy to create a dining experience like no other - where food, entertainment, and community come together and come alive. You have given us your friendship and your trust, and with them the drive to keep growing, improving, and pushing ourselves to make each of your evenings with us more exciting, more unexpected, and more unforgettable than the last. We are so proud and honored that you have made The Kitchen’s Demonstration Dinners one of the most sought after reservations in all of California, and a true dining destination. Thank you for sharing the magic with us. We would also like to thank the other members of our culinary community whose efforts and talents we are so grateful for. To the farmers, fishermen, and ranchers – thank you for your hard work and dedication. We simply could not do what we love without the quality of bountiful, world class ingredients that you have blessed us with year after year.
