Fleet Feet Sports has limited space left in its No Boundaries Beginner's Fitness Program.   This program is big on education and high on motivation.  If you have wanted to give your couch separation anxiety now is your chance.   This 10-week first time walker and walk/runner program will help you create an active lifestyle you can stick with.  Every fitness program needs a goal, our goal is to change your life...your stepping stone to get there is the Run to Feed the Hungry 5k (3.1 mile walk or run).
